Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

- ALANKAR. reserves the right to cancel any order due to various reasons, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any other issue identified by our team.
- We will notify you of such cancellation and ensure that any payment made will be refunded to you.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- No return policy
-If the product is damaged, send the video of the unboxing process. Make sure the video clearly shows the condition of the saree and any damage it might have. Ensure your order ID is visible in the video or written down separately to reference it easily. Send the video along with your order ID to the WhatsApp number - +91 9496400182 After sending the video, wait for confirmation from our team. We will guide you through the next steps for returning the damaged item.
2. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds

- Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Policy
ALANKAR stands behind the quality of its service, and we endeavor to have all our products delivered to you on time and in impeccable condition. Orders placed under international shipments outside of India will include shipping charges, as applicable.
ALANKAR minimum charge for shipping within Kerala. For orders outside Kerala, shipping charges starts at Rs.200 depending on the location. The Minimum Delivery Time is 7 days, and the maximum is 25 days depending on the region or country to which the customer orders. Additional Time / Days if the product is held up in customs will not be considered for the same.
Delivery time for Domestic Shipping will range from 3 to 15 days depending on the location of the pincode provided by the customer. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Minimum Delivery Time will be 7days, and Maximum Delivery Time is 30 days.
If there are any issues with the delivery/package, it must be brought to our attention within 24 hrs. Any Customs Duty/Import Tax/GST charges should be borne by the customer as it is not under ALAKAR or our shipping partner’s control and is levied by the government of the City/State/Country of the customer.
Fair Usage Policy
ALANKAR maintains optimal service and a straightforward returns process to ensure customer satisfaction, yet some customer accounts exploit these policies. Such accounts often return, cancel, or exchange items too often and even go a step further to refuse delivery on several occasions. This hampers our ability to ensure timely delivery to other customers, and such actions end up being a disservice to the regular customers. Therefore, customer accounts evidenced to continually misuse our return policy will be barred from utilizing their future orders.
