Cancellations 1. Order Cancellation by Customer: - You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Returns 1. Eligibility for Returns: - No return policy -If the product is damaged, send the video of the unboxing process. Make sure the video clearly shows the condition of the saree and any damage it might have. Ensure your order ID is visible in the video or written down separately to reference it easily. Send the video along with your order ID to the WhatsApp number - +91 9496400182 After sending the video, wait for confirmation from our team. We will guide you through the next steps for returning the damaged item. 2. Return Shipping: - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Refunds 1.
